AI Sentiment Analysis

What is AI Sentiment Analysis?

A feature that analyzes sentiment and relevancy of comments. It helps community owners understand engagement and maintain quality discussions.

What does the AI analyze?

Sentiment (positive/negative/neutral), relevancy to the topic, confidence level, and detailed reasoning. Top-level comments and ideas are analyzed; nested replies are not.

Who can see the analysis?

Only community owners. Regular members cannot see the results—it’s for moderation and management.

Best practices?

Use AI analysis to guide moderation, but always apply human judgment. Consider context and your community’s guidelines.
